The start of something new

Looking back on last year I have accomplished so much and am so happy with the way my life is going now. I got married to an amazing man and have never been so happy in my life. I am back in school and so proud of myself ( once upon a time I never thought that would happen). With every up comes its downs, I have been neglecting myself and body. I have begun to find less time for me and my health, that is not okay with me. I am pledging to make my body and my health the best that it can be and treat it as if it is my temple.
That being said I'm looking for a new diet. Not the newest fad but an honest to God diet that will give me what I need. I've played around with being a vegan and vegiterian, it however did not agree with me. I need all the protien and dairy my body just loves it all! So I will be looking up diets and recipies, if all else fails the one thing I am going to have to rely on is self control and not indulge myself into everything. Wish me luck...

  1. You can do it! You are one of the strongest women I know- and I'm not just saying that because you are my best friend- I'm saying it because its true! U see you added Robert Kennedy from Oxegyn Magazine to follow. I get so many of my recipes from Oxygen! And they're great! Look up Tosca Reno's Eat Clean Diet. To quote her: "eating clean is eating the way nature intended. You eat the foods our bodies evolved to function best on, and that makes you feel – and look – fantastic. When you Eat Clean you eat more often. You will eat lean protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats. These practices keep your blood-sugar levels stable and keep you satisfied. The best part is that if you need to lose weight it will happen almost without you having to try. And yes, you can have a treat now and again“. Sounds great right? Better than a quick fix: you bet it is! Check it out! miss you! Youre amazing!
